Hey Nerds,
What code language should I learn? I’m thinking Javascript or PHP, but I don’t know. What’s the most practical/versatile? I wanna (re-)learn to code this year.Non-nerds, cool skateboard, man.
ENDING WITH A QUESTION MARK?

i haven’t programmed regularly for years, but from what i’ve heard & read, JS is easier to learn but PHP is more versatile. i’d go PHP.

Depends what you want to do. An end to end website would require HTML, Javascript ( with jQuery) and PHP or Ruby would work.

You and I touched each other’s noses for a solid minute on NYE. That was a pretty good code language, I thought.

javascript + html is the most versatile for client side. php/ruby is for server side. I’m currently in love with python / google app engine
